Tuesday Tease * Never Let You Go

This week I'll share a little tease from Never Let You Go 

Book Two in my Prophecy of Tyalbrook series.  

I realize that often times these teases seem vague...that is obviously on purpose :)  I wouldn't want to spoil any key points of the plot for you now would I??

As always this is an unedited piece that may change.

“If you choose not to trust me you will have to protect yourself.” Raising his arm he gripped the hilt of the sword and then thrust it into the floor at my feet. The tip embedded into the wood causing me to yelp and jump back.

He turned to storm out of the room leaving the pile of weapons scattered about the floor.

“I don’t know how to fight with a sword,” I called out, my voice void of all of the angry bluster it had had earlier.

He didn’t stop but instead replied over his shoulder as his long strides carried him out the door. “Well Princess you best learn how.”
